The Adventures of Gea the Rock
A downloadable game
Help the space traveling rock, Pangea, Gea for short, build a solar system for her to call home! The player will learn about one of the variables that lead to the collapse of exoplanets during their formation, asteroids, and has to defend each of the 4 planets while they assemble to save them from certain DOOOOM! This is an educational game focused on teaching about the types of exoplanets and how they form. We are really excited for everyone, young and old, to learn something new about this wild universe we live in. This game focuses heavily on aesthetic, feel and UI elements but don't worry, there is still plenty of gameplay to go around!!
In the future we plan to add a soundtrack and more to Gea's adventures, extending them beyond just the formation of planets!

Install instructions
to find the executable after extracting the zipped file, follow this path within the folder you have extracted to:
"GeaTheRock - Backup" > "GeaTheRock2" > bin > debug > net6.0 > GeaTheRock2.exe
GeaTheRock2.exe is the executable that will run the game! Make a desktop shortcut with this, if you'd like to avoid this file path in the future!
*running game may require that you download Microsoft's net6.0 framework*
WARNING: be careful which files are opened or edited, this can cause problems with the running of the game. The file you receive will give and contain all code that makes up this game!
